This policy explains how Ectom LLC (30 N Gould St, Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA), which operates the lumaoro.com store, collects and uses your personal data, in accordance with Argentina's Personal Data Protection Law 25.326.

Data we collect

Your name, e-mail, phone number and delivery address, which you give us when you buy. We also collect browsing data (such as where your visit came from and campaign parameters) to understand where our customers come from.

What we use your data for

To process your order, deliver the product, give you support and meet legal obligations. We also use browsing and purchase data, in aggregate form, to measure the performance of our advertising campaigns.

Payment

Payment is processed entirely by Stripe. We do not store credit card data on our servers.

Who we share it with

We share only the data that is strictly necessary with our payment partner (Stripe), our logistics partners and advertising platforms (Meta, Google), so that we can deliver your order and measure our campaigns.

Your rights

You can ask for access to, correction of or deletion of your personal data at any time by writing to support@lumaoro.com. The data subject may exercise the right of access free of charge at intervals of no less than six months, unless there is a legitimate interest (Article 14, paragraph 3, Law 25.326). The Agency for Access to Public Information (Agencia de Acceso a la Información Pública), as the supervisory authority of Law 25.326, handles complaints and claims from people whose rights are affected by breaches of the personal data protection rules in force.
