Right of withdrawal

You have 10 calendar days from receiving the product to withdraw from your purchase, under Article 34 of Argentina's Consumer Protection Law 24.240. You can use the cancel-your-order form.

30-day money-back guarantee

On top of the legal withdrawal period, we give you a 30-day satisfaction guarantee, counted in calendar days from the day you receive the product. If it isn't what you expected, we refund 100% of what you paid.

6-month legal warranty

You also have the 6-month legal warranty against manufacturing defects, set out in Article 11 of Consumer Protection Law 24.240. If the product has a defect within that period, we resolve it with a replacement or a refund.

How to request it

Write to us at support@lumaoro.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We will send you the instructions to ship the product back to us.

Who pays for return shipping

We do. Both for the 10-day withdrawal and for a return because of a defect, the cost of shipping the product back is on us. You pay nothing to return it.

Condition of the product

For a return, the product must be in normal working condition and come with all its original accessories. Damage caused by misuse is not covered by the satisfaction guarantee.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we refund the payment method you used within 10 business days.
